השותפים לידים4יו וחברת ארביאס וובייסייטס לפנות ישירות למפרסם שהוא מקדם או קידם דרך הרשת את מוצריו וזאת שלושה חודשים מיום הקידום האחרון שלו ברשת למוצר זה. על המשווק להבין שכאשר הוא מקדם מוצר מסויים בכמות מסוימת המפרסם משריין תקציב מול רשת השותפים לידים4יו לקמפיין זה ואם המשווק משנה(אפיליאט) בוחר שלעקוף את רשת השותפים לידים4יו הוא פוגע בה בצורה משמעותית, הן בשמה והן בהתחייבותיה מול המפרסם. כמו כן, המוניטין של הרשת נפגע ממהלך כזה. ולכן אם משווק משנה פונה לחברה לקדם אותה זה רק לאחר 90 יום מיום הפרסום האחרון למפרסם זה דרך רשת השותפים לידים4יו וחברת ארביאס וובסייטס. במידה ויחליט המשווק לפנות קודם ל-90 יום הוא לא יקבל תשלום עבור פעילותו ובנוסף הוא יפצה את הרשת בסכום של שלושה תשלומים אחרונים ששולמו לו. אם אין לו שלושה תשלומים החישוב יהיה לפי התשלום האחרון שבוצע למשווק כפול 3. וזאת כי הוא פנה ועקף את רשת השותפים לידים4יו בתוך פחות מ-90 יום ובכך הוא פגע בשמה וברווחיותה. על המשווק להבין שלרשת יש עלויות נוספות וטיפול בו ואם הוא בוחר לעקף את הרשת התוך פחות מ-90 יום הוא ייפצה אותה בסכום שהוגדר לעיל. כמו כן, אם הרשת תגלה שהמשווק משנה (אפיליאט) פנה למפרסם ויש לו תשלומים ממתינים הם לא ישולמו ויקוזזו מסכום הפיצוי שהמשווק משנה צריך לתת לרשת השותפים לידים4יו. כמו כן, על המשווק משנה להבין כי בזכות רשת השותפים לידים4יו וחברת ארביאס וובסייטס הוא נחשף לתוכן פרסומי ולהזדמנות לקדם מוצר ולכן הוא יחוייב בסכום הפיצוי שהוגדר לעיל קניין רוחני אין להעתיק, להפיץ, לפרסם, למסור לצד שלישי או לעשות כל שימוש מסחרי או פרטי בתכנים, בעיצוב או בכל זכות יוצרים וקניין רוחני מכל סוג שהוא, שנמצא באתר, באשר הוא שייך באופן בלעדי לחברה. המשתמש באתר מתחייב בזאת לכבד את זכויות היוצרים ואת זכויות הקניין הרוחני של האתר, בעליו, מפעיליו והחברה, בקשר לכל תוכן, טיפ, כתבה, עיצוב, יישום, קובץ, תוכנה או כל חומר אחר שמתפרסם באתר ו/או קשור לפיתוח האתר ולהפעלתו. ברור למשתמש שכל הזכויות הללו שייכות ללא כל סייג לחברה וכי כל שימוש בהם, שלא במסגרת השימושים המוצעים ע”י האתר, חייב לקבל הסכמה מפורשת, מראש ובכתב מהחברה. דוחות לבעלי אתרים ומפרסמים תהיה את הגישה בצורה קבועה לדוחות הרשת בגין לפעילותם ובעצם דוחות אלו יהוו אסמכתא להיקף הפעילות של המשתמש באתר אך הרשת שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לשנות ולערוך מידי פעם את הנושאים המוצגים בדוחות אלו מבלי ליידע את המשתמשים מדיניות תשלומים לידים פור יו אחראית לחיוב המפרסמים שלה ובנוסף לביצוע התשלום לבעלי האתרים שלה. יש לציין כי המחירים והסכומים אינם כוללים מע”מ והוא יתווסף עפ”י חוק. לידים פור יו תחייב את מפרסמיה עד לתאריך ה-18 לחודש העוקב של הפעילות ותשלח הודעת תשלום לבעלי האתרים שהגיעו לסף התשלום המינימאלי שנקבע ע”י הרשת. במידה ובעל אתר זכאי לתשלום הוא יקבל הודעת תשלום (יש להוסיף לסכום מע”מ כחוק אלא אם בעל האתר הינו עוסק פטור!) בעל האתר מחויב לשלוח עד לתאריך ה- 7 לחודש העוקב את החשבונית לביצוע תשלום ומרגע קבלת החשבונית התשלום יבוצע בשוטף 30. במידה והתאריך על החשבונית או החשבונית תגיע לאחר ה-7 לחודש התשלום יבוצע בהתאמה לפי שוטף 30 פלוס חובתו של כל בעל אתר לדווח לרשויות המס בגין פעילותו ברשת השותפים לידים פור יו, החברה והרשת לא תהיינה שותפות לכל צד בסכסוך אך יצוין כי רשת השותפים לידים פור יו מדווחת לרשויות המס על כל תשלום שמבוצע לבעל אתר. הרשת תקבל ממפרסמיה תשלום באמצעות: צ’ק או העברה בנקאית ותשלם לבעלי האתרים בצ’ק, העברה בנקאית או דרך פייפאל הרשת יכולה לשנות לכל שותף בכל עת את אופי התשלום ללא כל מתן הסבר מראש, וכמו כן הרשת יכולה לעכב לשותף תשלום עד 90 יום ללא כל מתן הסבר מראש ובהתאם למדיניותה. חובה על שותף לשלוח חשבונית תקינה עם פרטי חשבון תקינים וכתובת תקינה על גבי החשבונית, אם חשבונית תשלח לכתובת לא תקינה יישא השותף בעלות הטיפול בסך 10 דולר ובנוסף בעלות ביטול הצ’ק ועלויות דואר. סמכות שיפוט דיני מדינת ישראל יחולו על כל עניין הנובע משימוש באתר, תנאיו, מדיניות הפרטיות שלו, הוראותיו וכל דבר ועניין. סמכות השיפוט תהא מסורה לבתי המשפט של מדינת ישראל ובהתאם לדיני המדינה. סמכות השיפוט המקומית בכל עניין ומחלוקת בכל הנוגע לשירותים באתר, תהא מסורה לבתי המשפט באשקלון ולהם בלבד.
